6. Transfer of the Data

In order for Epidemic to suggest Member’s profiles to Clients, their age, region, number of followers, engagement metrics and gender of all Members registered on the Site might be displayed to clients when conducting an offer regarding a campaign.

Epidemic may also share the Data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis or contact you through phone number, email or postal mail regarding deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using Your personal information except to provide these services to Epidemic, and they are required to maintain strict confidentiality of the Data.

Epidemic may disclose the Data, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Epidemic or the Site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Epidemic; (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Epidemic, or the public and (d) as necessary to perform the services requested by You.

In case of campaign requirements including a different level of information disclosure (personal information disclosure on their webpage/social media profile/similar), Members will be notified by email before accepting the campaign. No piece of information will be shared unless they confirm their willingness to share it with the Client. The extent to which the Client will be using their personal information will be explicitly stated in advance. By accepting the campaign, Members agree with the stated requirements.


7. Social Media Data

As a Member and additionally by accepting a campaign invite, You acknowledge and agree that Epidemic collects and stores the information and data available within Your Instagram account including, without limitation, your Instagram name, images and descriptions including Your stories, number of views, number of pictures, number of comments, number of subscribers (“Instagram Data”), for materials created as a part of Epidemic campaigns.

The Instagram Data is collected to make sure you are offered appropriate campaigns.


8. Data protection rights

We would like you to be fully aware of your rights regarding your data. Every user is entitled to the following:
Transparency about how data is being used
Access to personal information if the owner asks for it
The ability to request that data be deleted or corrected for accuracy
The right to object to data processing and restrict processing
The right to have their data provided in a standard format that can be transferred elsewhere.
